Early in 2001,TNP contracting was established as a joint sealants application company, specializing in expansion joints, small to medium restorations, and retrofit projects. Since then, TNP has made a name for itself by providing quality workmanship, integrity and honesty within Ottawa, Sault Ste. Marie and it surrounding communities.
Joint sealants are an important part of proper projects completion and although they may seem to be a minor component of the building envelope, TNP recognizes that sealants are the founding of lasting, low-maintenance work.
Poor sealant jobs which include expansion joints and waterproofing -related work are often responsible for defects and failures - sometimes after only a couple of years.
